About
Hari G Ramasubramanian is an advocate who has practised for more than 17 years before the Madras High Court and the trial courts in Chennai, in commercial, criminal, civil and corporate law, with particular experience in white-collar crime.
His white-collar work covers corporate crime, money laundering and cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act. He also handles insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial disputes, intellectual property and fertility law matters.
He appears before tribunals and trial courts across Tamil Nadu as well as the Madras High Court. Courts have appointed him amicus curiae in several cases.
He speaks on corporate governance, white-collar crime defence and recent developments in commercial litigation, including at law schools and universities.
He set up his independent practice in 2021. Before that he was a partner at Ram and Ram from 2008, and then a partner at Agraa Legal, a Bangalore-based law firm. He leads the team of associates at the chambers.
