The chambers
The Law Chambers of G.R. Hari is a firm of advocates at Bhaskara Apartments, Pycroft's Garden Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai. Hari G Ramasubramanian set up the chambers when he began his independent practice in 2021. The chambers acts for companies, businesses and individuals, in advisory work and in litigation before the Madras High Court and the trial courts and tribunals in Chennai.
Founder
Hari G Ramasubramanian has practised for more than 17 years before the Madras High Court and the trial courts in Chennai, in commercial, criminal, civil and corporate law, with particular experience in white-collar crime. Before setting up the chambers he was a partner at Ram and Ram from 2008, and then a partner at Agraa Legal, a Bangalore-based law firm.
What we do
The chambers acts for companies and individuals in corporate and commercial work, criminal and white-collar defence, family and personal law, property and RERA matters, intellectual property, tax and insolvency. Each practice page sets out the services, the statutes and the forums for that area.
How we work
We explain where a matter stands and what the options are, in plain language, and keep clients updated as it moves. In family matters we try mediation first where a settlement is possible.
